About the practice
I believe lasting change begins when you feel safe enough to be honest—and supported enough to try something new.
Your therapist
Corinne Sauvé, MSW, RSW Clinical Social Worker / Therapist · Bedford, Nova Scotia
I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout and life’s transitions. Becoming a parent, caring for someone you love, changes in relationships—any life change can leave you wondering what comes next.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. Together, we can explore how your experiences shape your thoughts, emotions and relationships, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build on the strengths you already have.
With over 20 years of experience in social work and a Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University, I offer a space to slow down, find clarity and feel more like yourself again—in person in Bedford or online.
